ü Generate Customer need through site visits, meeting consultants, agencies and contractors etc.

ü Contact and set up meetings with potential customers for project drawings listen to their wishes and concerns and identify customer’s needs.

ü Study in drawings, Prepare quotations and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.

ü Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

ü Negotiate final pricing with customers to close deals and handle complaints or objections.

ü Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

ü Advice clients with solutions that fits their requirements commercially and technically.

ü Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.

ü Assisting Customers with proper follow up, maintaining relations and negotiating and closing deals.

ü Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.

ü Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.

ü Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

ü Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

    Qualification / Experience / Skills

    ü Bachelor Degree in marketing or any other discipline from a recognized institute.

    ü Experience with minimum 5+ years in similar role preferably in MEP Industry.

    ü Proven passion and a successful track record in sales, with the ability to achieve quarterly targets and challenging sales objectives

    ü Strong customer services with polite behavior and focus with excellent verbal and written communication/listening skills

    ü Proven ability of understanding the sales processes, forecasting cycles and associated best practices

    ü Flexible, with prior experience on managing change and able to work with ambiguity

    ü Excellent knowledge of Salesforce/Excel and able to learn other system/productivity tools as needed

    ü Clear experience on establishing goals, execution of daily tasks and following established processes
